SummarySenior Software DeveloperPurpose and MissionSupport and develop key business information systems for NRECA by providing technical leadership over the full life cycle of the development. Conduct requirements analysis and documentation, as well application design, development, testing and implementation. Enhance, administer, and provide production support for NRECA's group insurance benefits administration platform and other production applications supporting our Insurance and Financial Services group.Provide business advice related to applications by collaborating with end users and providing exceptional customer service, and contribute to and assist with business area analysis and process redesign to meet organizational goals. Identify, analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks related to system applications and interfaces in a timely manner. Provide technical and/or functional application representation for projects.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field 5 years of experience in a relevant application/software development position, to include at least 3 years of experience (a) performing data analysis and relational database design and/or development (RDBMS) using MS SQL or similar program and (b) configuring technology, databases, or web-based software, using SQL, SSIS, JavaScript, HTML, XML, C#, or ASP.NET. *NOTLI
