The VideoBlocks Finance team seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be the Company's go-to for all things expenses. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting, this new role will be both external and internal facing. You'll be responsible for processing vendor invoices and payments. You'll also be responsible for the company's credit card program and tracking down receipts from employee cardholders, among other duties. The ideal candidate has an innate customer service focus, working with both vendors and employees. You're also a team player and thrive in a collaborative environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaise with vendors and internal budget owners on invoices and paymentOwn the A/P function - process inbound vendor invoices; review, code and route for approvals. Pay in a timely manner.
