Demand Generation Specialist
The Demand Generation Specialist will help build, execute, measure, and optimize demand generation campaigns to create a consistent volume of marketing qualified leads for the VideoBlocks sales team. The ideal candidate has previous experience with lead generation in a B2B SaaS environment. Success in this role requires a bias for action, analytical abilities, and working knowledge of the best practices of digital marketing and lead generation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create, execute, and report on multi-channel lead generation programs across outbound and inbound channels including: email, content marketing, search and social advertising, etc. * Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and Salesforce to bring scale to demand generation programs * Analyze KPI dashboards including funnel conversion metrics to report on campaign performance and to develop recommendations for improvement * Work with internal/external resources to create compelling content (blog posts, eBooks, case studies, videos etc.) for outbound marketing and lead nurturing campaigns * Manage contact list acquisition process and tools * Collaborate closely with other members of the organization such as the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams DESIRED EXPERIENCE: *Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or similar relevant concentration * 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment * Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and Salesforce for lead capture, scoring, and nurturing, and reporting * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and skilled at time management * Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions * Creativity is a must, bringing new ideas to the table is a key to success in this role * Strong collaboration skills; able to develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, vendors, and internal stakeholders * Superior communication (fluent English written and verbal) skills required, able to write errorfree email, landing page, and Ad copy * Experience with list building, management, cleansing, de-duplication, and segmentation * Experience including, but not limited to: email marketing, website marketing, PPC, SEO, retargeting, social marketing * Intermediate-Advanced spreadsheet capabilities including functions, pivot tables, and lookups * Basic HTML and CSS knowledge * HubSpot Inbound certification or an equivalent marketing automation certification*THIS JOB WILL BE RELOCATING TO ARLINGTON VA IN JULY 2017Video Blocks does not discriminate in employment matters on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, military service eligibility, veteran status, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other protected class.
