This position is located in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Regulatory Policy (ORP) located Silver Spring, Maryland.

In order to qualify for Regulatory Counsel, GS-0301/13, you must meet the following:
Have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or higher in the Federal service handling regulatory issues (i.e. in a firm, regulated industry, or government setting) involving one or more areas: food and drug, healthcare, environmental, or other technical regulatory programs that included analyzing and evaluating complex regulatory activities, processes, policies, and issues.
Conditions of Employment:
- Security and Background Requirements: Appointment will be subject to the applicant's successful completion of a background security investigation. Failure to successfully meet these requirements may be grounds for appropriate personnel action. If hired, a background security reinvestigation or supplemental investigation may be required at a later time.
