SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Alabama Community Care
Optima Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support our new Alabama Community Care Division. This position is a full time, day shift and located in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in:
- PICK system
- Development functions and coding - 5 years
- Knowledge of medical health plans/820/824
- Consulting and analysis
- Support and debugging
This is an excellent opportunity for the right software engineer with a keen mindset and the ability to multi-task effectively within the demands of the role. Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Provides technical support to project team members. Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Bachelor's Level Degree
Required: Development Functions- 5 years
