Financial Resource Specialist

Key Role:
Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. Perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements. Learn to use professional concepts, apply company policies and procedures to resolving routing issues, and work on problems of limited scope. Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Build stable internal working relationships.

Basic Qualifications:
-1 year of experience in a finance field, including accounting, business, or finance, computation, analysis, and audits
-Experience with using financial systems and software
-Experience with the constraints of the government regulations for financial management of Working Capital Fund enterprises
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of general ledgers
-Ability to be highly motivated to continue to develop professional licenses, certifications, and expertise through formal training and on-the-job work
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
-Ability to exhibit excellent judgment, tact, and discretion
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
