National Science Teachers Association located in Arlington, VA, seeks highly qualified candidates for the position of e-Learning Engagement Specialist. This position is grant funded.  The e-Learning Engagement Specialist will implement online community building strategies to engage NSTA Learning Center cohort participants in on-going professional learning experiences. The candidate must have the ability to communicate well across a variety of platforms, including printed word, electronic mail, and PowerPoint software and webinar technologies. Bachelor’s degree in the field of e-Learning, instructional design, computer science, science education, or science is preferred.  Minimum of three years’ working as a science teacher, e-Learning instructor, instructional designer, public outreach specialist or related field required. Experience in teaching and communicating with adult learners a plus.
