Change and Incident Manager
Duties: - Shall coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators.This task includes receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change and incident resolution. Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Qualifications 8-10 years of related computer operations experience, including supervisory experience.
