Administrative Assistant - NAVY IPO - Secret Clearance
GDIT is seeking a talented professional to provide administrative support to the Navy International Programs Office (Navy IPO), Security Cooperation Directorate. The selectee will work with an experienced group of military and government civilian professionals to manage and implement Security Assistance and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the Navy. Duties and responsibilities include: create, edit and track routing of official correspondence; track and report progress of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases using Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS); provide direct support to Security Assistance Directorate leaders; assist with visa and passport requirements and coordinate travel for senior officials; coordinate preparation and logistics for meetings and official visitors; process Foreign Clearance requests; manage incoming and outgoing mail; initiate and track supply and equipment service requests; perform routine administrative tasks and respond to requests for assistance; perform other duties as needed. Education Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. Qualifications 3-5 years of related administrative experience. Familiarity and experience utilizing the Navy Correspondence Manual and the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) is desired.
