    GDIT is seeking a Program Manager to support the US Army G2 Military Intelligence (MI) and Intelligence Support Command (INSCOM) customers.GDIT support to the G2/INSCOM customer includes the operations and maintenance of information technology networks for the US Army’s organizations on a wide range of intelligence collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination activities tailored to senior leader needs throughout the globe. The ability of these organizations to provide mission critical intelligence is dependent on the availability and successful operation of their Information Technology (IT).GDIT support will be provided to the various US Army G2/INSCOM Major Subordinate Command (MSC) and Ground Intelligence Support Activities (GISA) locations around the globe.The Game-Bridge Program Manager:Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities.Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.
      Directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of the program.Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.Performs business development activities, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.Accountable for all aspects of contract execution and manages the hands-on, day-to-day execution of related operational activities.Responsible for program/project management operations and resourcing of all task order requirements, including staffing, GFE accountability, and tasking responses.Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements.Ensures that management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.Primary Point-of-Contact for the Contracting Officer and his/her representatives.The Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of this task order.The Program Manager will be available eight (8) hours a day within the period, Monday thru Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.The Program Manager identified will be allocated to this task order 100% of the time.

Program Manager Skills and Abilities:                                                                                                                                                                       

    Effective management and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.Effective business development skills including proposal development and preparation.Communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates.Detailed knowledge of relevant government regulations and standards.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM)- Senior Level is required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Security Clearance                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

TS/SCI clearance is required.

Education Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.


Master’s degree in a related business or technical discipline is preferred.


Qualifications 10-12 years of related program management experience.


8-years of supervisory experience leading teams of at least 100 people is preferred.
