Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities. At this level, the position is typically responsible for managing employees ' both exempt and non-exempt and including one or more subordinate supervisors - working on multiple projects and tasks. NOTE: Position level may also be determined by the scope and complexity of the program, not just revenue and staff amounts. Job duties: Performs the following duties with minimal oversight:
- Performs Program Management functions by interfacing with the COR (Contract Officer Representative) as well as the Contract Management Team. Performs the development of ROMs in response to requests initiated through TIs (Technical Instructions) and submits status reports, invoices, and other required documents as called out in the CDRLs. Is the contract liaison for all contract related actions, issues, and resolutions. Ensures that all requirements are met to the required standards and provided within the costs outlined in the contract.
