Provides administrative support to the Task Force Commander and Task Force including, but not limited to, coordinating meetings, maintaining schedules and calendars, arranging and confirming appointments, organizing external and internal events, maintaining filing systems, collating information, operating office equipment, managing office supplies, and preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents. Education HS Diploma a. Citizen of the United States.b. Possess 18 months of clerical experience, including producing correspondence and documents.c. Possess knowledge in information and communication management.d. Possess knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.e. Strong oral and written communications skills Qualifications 3-5 years
- Computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and Internet Explorer.Fluent in English.Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.Able to accept a written assignment and produce releasable work within prescribed deadlines. Communicating in cross-cultural and multi-cultural environments both in written and oral formats.Willing to work a 12-hour shift per day.Working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, dust, and hazardous, harsh conditions.Able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
