Manages government property and assets in accordance with contracts requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. 1. Creates and maintains inventories of government and/or corporate property. 2. Conducts periodic inventories of office furniture and automated data processing equipment. 3. Maintains inventory database, including making corrections and entering data when necessary. 4. Provides and maintains records of receipts to individuals with property. 5. Provides training on matters relating to property management. 6. Ensures that equipment works properly and provides replacement equipment when necessary. 7. Generates various reports as assigned. 8. Participates in special projects as required. Education 1. High School graduation or equivalent. 2. 32 semester hours of undergraduate work in business related courses or NPMA and /or DAWIA certification in Industrial Property Management. Qualifications Four (4) years demonstrated experience in executing duties/tasks and responsibilities specified above.
