Training and education development support for the Aviation Center of Excellence to review, revise or create POIs and LPs to ensure compliance with TR 350-70, and CRM IRM requirements in support of TRADOC Courses.

 

Provides military subject matter expertise to assigned programs.

  

 1. Provides analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.

 2. Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.

 3. Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data.

 4. Assists with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.

 5. Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.

 6. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.

 7. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff.

 8. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.

 9. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Graduate of the Army Captains Career Course (CCC) or a Senior NCO Academy.

 

Have in-depth knowledge of Army Corps, Division, and Brigade level organization and operations.

Have a working knowledge of Division level operations at their respective locations.

Have experience in US Army operations at the operational and tactical level as a commander or primary staff officer/NCO at battalion, brigade, division, or corps level.

Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft 2000 office products.

Demonstrate a solid command (both written and oral) of the English language.

Have knowledge of the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of war, the Army Universal Task List (AUTL), the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), and Army war-fighting functions.

 

 

 

Qualifications Personnel should be familiar with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets.

Recommendations for experience and education are: 

  • Experience: 5 + years Aviation experience with knowledge in training and education product development in the institutional domain.
  • Training Development Capability (TDC): The ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC to review, revise or create POIs and LPs.
  • 5-8 years of related experience supporting military operations.
Have in-depth knowledge of Army Corps, Division, and Brigade level organization and operations.

Have a working knowledge of Division level operations at their respective locations.

Have experience in US Army operations at the operational and tactical level as a commander or primary staff officer/NCO at battalion, brigade, division, or corps level.
