JOB SUMMARY:

Location: Pentagon Athletic Center

This position is for the General Manager at the Pentagon Athletic Center located in Arlington Virginia.  This is a Nonappropriated Fund Regular Full-Time (RFT) position that includes NAF Benefits, with 40 guaranteed work hours per administrative week. The normal shift will be 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. The incumbent may be required to work during inclement weather, before and/or after scheduled work hours, special events and weekends, etc.

  • Work experience directly related to the duties to be performed, and executive knowledge and ability of the caliber described above. Documented experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade/level.

    Highly Preferred- In addition to the above minimum qualifications, requirements highly preferred applicants process prior Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) experience; specifically managing large-scale, profit-generating business units. Qualifying experience may reflect diverse morale, welfare and recreation work across category A, B and C Programs.
