A global litigation support company is seeking an experienced Manager who will oversee the daily operations of the Legal Video and Trial Services departments and lead our established team of Videographers, Video Production Specialists, and Trial Technicians. The ideal candidate will possess a high technical aptitude and be able to research and implement new technologies to help us stay on the cutting edge. The Manager will plan and implement a strategy for marketing, operations and client support. We are looking for a proven leader who will take the existing team to the next level with enhanced training, documenting procedures, and better tracking and measuring of performance metrics. Industry experience is a plus by not required.

Bachelor's degree and at least two years' supervisory experience required. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and presentation skills are a must!
