Organizational Location: This attorney position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA), Field Legal Operations (FLO), Washington, DC.
This is non-bargaining unit position.

Applicants must be a graduate of a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association and an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Applicants must have at least five (5) years of experience handling federal sector employment law issues at the GS-15 level or equivalent experience in the private sector, including significant experience litigating employment law cases in hearing before the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, arbitrators, and other fora.
