Call for Chef/ Sous Chef in Thomas, West Virginia

A motivated, enthusiastic, and creative chef is needed to open a new casual/fine dining restaurant in historic Thomas, West Virginia.  Rudolph’s is located in the heart of the town, in a 120 year old, exquisitely renovated, historic building. The owner’s have created a unique and artistic environment for both guests and employees alike, reflecting the arts and history of the county. The establishment includes a full bar, outdoor courtyard, and the interior is embellished with handcrafted woodwork. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be creative with the menu and create a restaurant that will become a destination.

Responsibilities will include: developing menu, assisting in management, food preparation, weekly ordering, cooking and working closely with the owners to create and maintain an award-winning restaurant.

Rudolph’s will be open to the public four days a week, eventually 6 days a week.

This small mountain town in the heart of Tucker County is a great place to live, work, and play. It is well known that Tucker County offers many wild and wonderful attractions. Only a three-hour drive from major cities likes Pittsburgh, Washington D.C, and Baltimore, it’s a convenient weekend escape.

This community is active, diverse and progressive. In addition to the area’s rich history and blossoming art and music scene, there are endless outdoor recreation opportunities in this economically developing region.

The owners have successfully established Sirianni’s Café in Davis, West Virginia, a distinguished landmark in the community for 28 years. They will be invested in the growth and success of this restaurant.
