The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a personal executive assistant for a well-known Philanthropist in DC. The person in this role will be immersed in managing a multitude of responsibilities from complex scheduling to residence management. This is a rare opportunity to represent and support a highly regarded individual in the non-profit community and requires the utmost loyalty, discretion, and professionalism. Salary to 130K.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Travel arrangements; including flights, dinner and hotel reservations, car services
  • Handle complex calendar scheduling
  • Provide communications always maintain appropriate messaging
  • Assist with coordination and some oversight of household staff
  • Oversee projects and household improvement initiatives (ex. New phone system, security systems, etc.)
  • Review and identify questions/concerns with contracts and billings for residence
  • Daily oversight of operations for DC, and two other residences

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Experience supporting C-Level Executives will also be considered
  • Extremely well organized
  • Superior and mature communication skills
  • Confidence to act as proxy in a variety of professional and vendor relationships
  • Ability to conduct responsibilities in timely and professional manner without supervision
  • Gmail/Google Drive, tech savvy Mac and iPhone skills required
