The Office of Annual Giving is looking for a forward leaning, collaborative, hard working Annual Giving Manager to build the University of Maryland donor pipeline. Through telethon, direct mail, e-solicitation, giving days, crowdfunding and volunteer driven loyalty programs, he/she will support annual giving efforts across campus and raise critical funding for academic programs, student scholarships and special initiatives.

The Annual Giving Manager reports to the Director of Annual Giving. They will act as a client representative to a portfolio of campus schools and colleges and provide multi-channel marketing and micro-campaign expertise. This person will build valuable campus and alumni relationships and work with unit teams and volunteers to design donor growth strategies, and create content and messaging for all marketing channels. Additionally, the Manager will rely heavily on data and analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities. He/she will also assist with goal setting, audience segmentation, annual solicitation calendar planning, budget allocation and donor stewardship.

Alumni donor participation is a campus priority at Maryland and the Office of Annual Giving has high expectations for continuing to grow the donor base.
