The MIL Corporation seeks an energetic and innovative Project Coordinator/Management Analyst (Graphics) to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington, DC locations. The Project Coordinator/Management Analyst (Graphics) will provide highly visible support to the dynamic and mission driven Global Markets business unit. The Global Markets business unit facilitates business investment into the United States, working on foreign direct investment and reshoring; helping investors find the information they need, connect to the right people at the local level, navigate the federal regulatory system, and resolve federal issues.

• Maintain and develop the brand and support the mission
• Design marketing materials, manage the project from conceptualization to completion
• Project process may include but is not limited to:
o Gather and compile necessary information through a series of working sessions to establish project plans for event communication, marketing strategy and design requirements
o Participate in project planning meetings as requested, and be responsible for documenting deliverables, discussion points and action items
• Create graphics for various platforms including web, video, print, social media, and Microsoft PowerPoint/Word
• Design logos, event programs, flyers, banners, infographics, social media graphics, and signage for the Annual Summit and other events
• Edit photos in Adobe Photoshop (spot corrections, lighting, coloring, size, and quality)
• Work with the Government Printing Office and relevant staff for all printing requirements
• Manage and update website design and content in Salesforce
• Manage the design project files/archives and communicate with leadership on the status of pending projects

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe CS6 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Great attention to detail
• Portfolio which demonstrates very good print and digital design skills
• Ability to update websites in Content Management Systems
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects

Desired Qualifications
• Experience with project management software (Visio or Microsoft Project)
• 1 year of experience developing and implementing social media campaigns
• 1 year of experience working in project management or coordination
