Our growing team is looking to add a Human Resource Generalist / Recruiter to support our staff and ongoing hiring needs.  The perfect candidate will have experience in a company with 35 to 75 employees. Qualified candidates should be a PHR plus 5+ years of excelling at the following:

As a Human Resource Generalist:

  • Maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Administer compensation program and evaluation process
  • Onboarding/orientation of new employees
  • Handle employee relations to include counseling, performance improvement plans and terminations
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Maintain and administer employee benefit program
  • Promote employee participation in 401K & Roth programs
  • Maintain required personnel files
  • Facilitate insurance open enrollment, COBRA administration, and annual renewals
  • Familiarity with working with 1099 contractors
  • Overall payroll administration
  • Administrate and promote our internal staff training program
  • Act as confidential liaison for employees

As a Recruiter:

  • Work proactively with departments to seek qualified candidates
  • Familiarity with recruiting websites and other recruiting strategies
  • Recognize required skillsets that meet our staffing needs
  • Conduct initial interviews and facilitate entire hiring process

Other General Duties, Skills, and Qualifications Needed:

  • Assist with office operations and facility needs
  • Provide oversight/support with general office management
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs
  • Attention to detail, compositing, typing, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Candidate should be a PHR
  • Ability to work effectively with various internal and external team members
  • Help create FUN in the office to encourage engagement and retention
  • Other duties as assigned
