The American Association of Colleges of Nursing seeks a Program Manager, Diversity and Inclusion. Responsibilities include implementation of program activities, including arrangements for training programs and other events, coordinating committee meetings, and administrative activities as directed (work plans, schedules, budgets, communications, meeting materials, research/data).

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years related work experience.  Master’s degree in public health, education, social justice studies or related field strongly preferred.  Must have excellent writing and editing skills; knowledge of diversity and inclusion issues, and/or higher education.  Prior experience applying social science research methods and knowledge with statistical software package is desired.
