Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and working with customers face to face
  • Maintain customer service in various accounts
  • Maintain and track daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Educate customers on various products and services
  • Follow up with calls, emails, and meetings as needed

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • Self-motivated/goal oriented
  • Product knowledge
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills
