Daily duties include: heavy calendaring and scheduling, prepare complex expense reports, schedule meetings and arrange meeting logistics, arrange travel, maintain contact lists, type correspondence, answer phones and maintain department files. Must be available for occasional overtime for breakfast meetings and evening events.
Must have one plus year experience as an admin assistant.
