Administrative Coordinator sought for busy Government Affairs group.    This high profile group is looking for a talented and well organized Coordinator to take care of their administrative needs for the long term.   If you enjoy admin work and love being the person behind the scenes making everything happen, this is a position where you'll be a valued and appreciated member of the team.  

Daily duties include:  heavy calendaring and scheduling, prepare complex expense reports, schedule meetings and arrange meeting logistics, arrange travel, maintain contact lists, type correspondence, answer phones and maintain department files.  Must be available for occasional overtime for breakfast meetings and evening events. 

Must have one plus year experience as an admin assistant.
