Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
Completion of high school diploma or GED is required, but an associate's degree is preferred.
Four years of administrative experience, preferably in a Human Resources Department.
Ability to write and read to proof and edit non-routine reports and the like for sentence structure and readability as well as draft correspondence, presentation, and reports at a level normally acquired through completion of college coursework or attendance in a business school.
A moderate level of analytical ability is necessary in order to gather and interpret data from diverse sources and resolve moderately complex administrative problems.
Excellent oral communication skills in order to effectively interact with employees and outside vendors\\customers.
Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary in order to be socially perceptive in accepting and communicating confidential information, communicating policies and dealing with a variety of HCH personnel and influential outsiders, including board members.
Proficiency in the use of computer applications including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Perfect, and HR systems, preferably PeopleSoft and Lawson.Trinity Health's Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
