Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise customer service team
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and/or concerns
  • Provide high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer orders and ensure information is entered correctly
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Effectively communicate with customers about products and their knowledge
  • Manage and develop

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • College degree of equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service with supervisory/management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and strong data entry skills
  • Experience with NetSuite is preferred
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
