The Center for the Study of Services, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Telephone Research Associate for our consumer magazine, which specializes in gathering data by telephone for our consumer reports-like regional magazines. Almost all work is done entirely by telephone. NO SALES, but HEAVY PHONE VOLUME. We seek a mature candidate, high school graduate, some college preferred; minimum three years of administrative or call center experience; strong attention to detail and accuracy required; well-organized; a mature, clear speaking voice; computer literate (familiarity with e-mail, internet and some data entry may be required on occasion); preferably some experience in telephone data gathering or opinion polling, We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic accustomed to meeting demanding production goals. We offer competitive salary based on experience.
