Infrastructure Consultant with Top Secret Clearance
Our Federal Practice is seeking a TS Cleared Infrastructure Consultant to support a federal client in Quantico! We are looking for a technical professional who has Systems Administrator skills and the ability to commute to various client sites throughout the DC metro area including Quantico, Virginia. Simply put - our people.Help Us Deliver Successful Projects!Utilize knowledge of systems architecture to create a strong core for application development.Draw on at least three years of system administration experience to assist with the core infrastructure for both internal projects and external projects for our clients.Collaborate with members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations.Use knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, LAN/WAN, IP addresses, and administration to complete a variety of projects.Utilize consulting and documentation skills to successfully complete project-based work.Use knowledge of servers, PC's, and networks to ensure the environment works correctly.Assist with documentation to ensure they can be continued into the future.Maintain a DoD Secret security clearance in order to gain access to client sites and networks.Be open to commuting in and around the DC Metro area in order to be present at client sites for work.Profile of Success:Possess 3 - 5 years of experience in a Windows Systems Administrator rolePossess an excellent technical understanding of Microsoft server technologies and associated softwarePossess an understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and network troubleshootingA proven ability in performing virtual server, storage and network managementOther Desirable Skills:Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Information Systems or related field; experience and/or appropriate certifications may be substituted for degreeIIS administration experiencePowerShell scripting exposureClient Site Locations: DC Metro Area (Downtown DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia)*Consultants' assigned client sites are subject to change due to the consultative nature of our work.
