    GEICO Federal Credit Union is a full-service, federally insured financial institution with over $150 million in assets and over 65 years of experience in meeting the financial needs of GEICO associates and contractors as well as their family members. The Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic VP of Digital Banking to oversee and manage GFCU's information technology infrastructure and e-commerce/digital banking solutions located at the corporate headquarter in Chevy Chase, Maryland.   As VP of Digital Banking, you will direct and oversee all operational activities of the Credit Union IT department and participates with senior management to help establish strategic initiatives and goals as well as overseeing IT vendors, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and full understanding of staff administration issues, including hiring, performance evaluations, training and retention.    In addition, you will coordinates with other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support new technology solutions for the GEICO Federal Credit Union. The primary responsibility will be to authorize and oversees the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software. This will include overseeing all infrastructure security systems and their corresponding or associated software. 
Candidate Qualifications:   •      Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills.
•      Must be able to multi-task.
•      Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
•      Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
•     Advanced knowledge of credit union specific software systems is preferred.
•     Maintain a high level of current knowledge of all information technology developments and innovations in the area of systems, security, hardware, software, telecommunications, data and voice communications and emerging trends, techniques and applications.
