Compliance Process and Project Support Specialist, Junior

Key Role:
Assist with planning, analyzing, coordinating, executing, and improving compliance processes and process work products, deliverables, and output. Analyze, document, and execute compliance processes in accordance with standard operating procedures, DoD regulations, and other applicable guidance. Maintain responsibility for required SOP activities and artifacts, including Cyber task order processing and tracking, preparing or submitting Cybersecurity scorecards, processing work request tickets, validating user authorization requests (UARs), processing information assurance (IA) documentation, assisting customers or subscribers with IA questions, and preparing compliance process metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
-3 years of experience with supporting IT industry, a business environment supporting DoD customers, or a large complex government agency
-Experience with tracking and monitoring Cybersecurity Task Orders and their compliance in a timely manner
-Experience with knowledge management practices, the implementation of automated solutions for tracking information, and the review of Plans of Actions and Milestones and metrics
-Knowledge of the DoD 8500 series, NIST SP 800 series, and DoD regulations and instructions, including 8570-01, DoDI 8530.01, CJCSI 6510.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF), technical TTPs, such as ACAS, SCAP, and STIGs, and equivalent security monitoring tools
-Knowledge of DoD IA Vulnerability Management reporting and compliance 
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-IAT II, including CCNA - Security, CISP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP or IAM II,. Including CISM, CISSP or Associate, or GSLC Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with multiple technology areas and determining applicability, including analyzing compliance requirements, as defined within Cybersecurity Task Orders from higher headquarters to ensure organizational requirements are implemented and verified
-Experience with communicating at a functional level with government leaders and developing quality, accurate work products
-BA or BS degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
