Project Manager, Lead

Key Role:

Provide project management services for multiple, concurrent IT projects while assuming responsibility for the coordination and completion of new software development and O&M activities, including establishing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. Form client relationships and lead a team of technical subject matter experts and build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. Manage new development and enhancement projects from cradle to grave in accordance with PMBOK and Agile best practices. Author and lead teams in the execution of project schedules and work breakdown structures and plans. Identify client issues and concerns, facilitate client and contractor meetings, and provide recommendations, as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with IT

-5+ years of experience with managing multiple simultaneous projects through the system development life cycle process

-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM software development

-3+ years of experience with performing business analysis and requirements gathering

-2+ years of experience with managing software releases

-1+ years of experience with conducting software testing

-Experience with creating, managing, and advising on risks to projects and schedules

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in leading projects using agile

-Experience in interacting with senior level management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent team collaboration skills

-PMP Certification preferred

-Dynamic CRM certification
