Cybersecurity Leader

Key Role:
Provide leadership, delivery, and direction to a growing team of Cyber Strategy and Security professionals who will impact the firm's growth across multiple verticals. Develop and lead the execution of Cyber Strategy capabilities and solutions to address the issues that most concern financial services, energy, and other industries, including hi-tech manufacturing, retail, health, and transportation. Craft and deploy a Cyber strategy capability set that will address the security of critical digital assets and infrastructures within each of these verticals. Support the capture and execution of Cyber Strategy engagements across Booz Allen's commercial verticals and build and leverage relationships in each of those markets to advance the firm's business objectives. Apply Booz Allen's Cyber capabilities and solutions to address the client's strategic, risk management, and regulatory requirements and build long-term strategies to ensure critical digital assets are secure. Work actively to enhance the diversity and knowledge across the verticals that will be addressed and play a lead role in attracting, developing, and retaining Cyber Strategy talent. Support a key client as interim CISO.

Basic Qualifications: 
-12+ years of experience in defining, establishing, and leading business development and solution delivery with commercial clients in a fast-paced environment
-8+ years of experience with increasing Cybersecurity management responsibility, including multiple cybersecurity fields, such as policy, governance, risk management, Cybersecurity operations, identity and access management, and data protection
-Experience with regulatory security issues and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and systems controls
-Ability to identify and lead the capture of specific opportunities and build a business around Cybersecurity across the health, energy, hi-tech manufacturing, retail, financial services, and equivalent industries
-Ability to show proven success as a technology and Cybersecurity thought leader
-Ability to develop a high-performance team with digital security and multi-industry Cyber domain expertise
-Ability to leverage client relationships at senior levels within the market and be capable of engaging with vertical leaders strategically and gaining significant traction among key stakeholders
-Ability to work collaboratively within the firm's Commercial, Cyber, and Strategic Innovation Group Practices, leverage knowledge, and deliver for clients in a matrixed environment
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and apply analytical expertise
-BA or BS degree and 10+ years of experience with demonstrating Cybersecurity and strategy expertise
