User Interface Lead
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create, share, and revise wireframes based on user, business, or regulatory requirements.
Annotate designs and build development requirements based on the UI designs.
Collaborate with platform managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Present and explain key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback.
Establish and promote User Interface guidelines, best practices and standards.
Work multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines.
Bachelor’s Degree in design, marketing or related field is required.
Minimum of five (5) years’ of experience in UI development and UI design is required.
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio (wireframe, interaction design, annotation) is preferred.
Experience in creating wireframes, interface design, and annotated interaction recommendations is preferred.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools is preferred.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred.
This position may mentor employees.
