Large DC trade association looking for an administrative assistant to support very busy, high profile division heads.   

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Arrange travel, book travel logistics and registrations
  • Complete expense reports
  • Arrange meetings
  • Draft written correspondence
  • Maintain calendars, to-do lists, and organize files

This is an excellent position for someone who would like to transition from the Hill to a trade association.  Degree preferred.
