Job Description:
Optima Health has an opening for a customer-focused and team oriented Customer Service Representative in our Virginia Beach, VA telephonic operations center. This full position will support our Alabama Community Care members and requires flexibility to work the required 40hrs/week anytime between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday- Friday and every other weekend between the months of October - February. Paid training is provided for this goals and metrics based call-center position.

Responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to research and resolution of telephone inquiries related to Plan prescription benefits, eligibility or claim payment issues. Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education.
