Job Description:
Optima Health has an opening for a Sr Business System Analyst for or Customer Service Department in support our Alabama expansion efforts. This position is full time, day shift, located in Virginia Beach, VA and requires the ability to work more than 40hrs a week at times to support our busy, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and ability to:
  • Design, produce and analyze reporting data.
  • Create and maintain reports for business operations and special projects
  • Utilize knowledge of numerous databases, information systems, statistical tools and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business
  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of information systems
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite proficiently

This position is responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas. Provides subject matter expertise related to quality initiative implementation, reporting and analysis. Is a liaison between internal/external customers and Information Technology for business definition, scope, testing and implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer knowledge to improve business practices.

Bachelor's Level Degree
