Small boutique investment firm is seeking an experienced EA to support the Owner. As the right arm, your functions will be supporting not only on a business level but as a personal assistant
- Handle general office management (filing, ordering of supplies, and other clerical services);
- Advise management and employees in employment. salary, benefits
- Manage accounts, appointments, calendars and disbursements for the owner both personal and business
- Screen all calls; act as a liaison with business entities.
- Conduct research when needed on various business ventures
- Coordinate all travel arrangements
