- Removing folders from boxes.
- Answering phones.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
- Must have experience and strong customer service skills, in person and on telephone.
- An aptitude for customer service, both internally, within the District, and externally, with customers/ clients.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, able to adhere to deadlines with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
