ISR Innovation Process and Technology SME, Senior

Key Role:
Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex or highly sensitive systems, policies, processes or instrumentation for foreign threats or homeland security. Determine procedures for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform or direct scientific and technical intelligence analysis. Report the changes, trends, and implications of the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as required. 


Basic Qualifications:
-20+ years of experience with managing government technical acquisition programs
-10 years of experience with intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations, mission collaboration, or execution
-5+ years of experience with demonstrated supervisory management
-Experience with presenting to and briefing top-level managers
-Experience with technical program management, including budgeting, scheduling, life cycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and analyzing requirements
-Knowledge of ISR operations, manned and unmanned systems, and requirements
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with policy development 
-Experience with active duty military, Guard, Reserve, and civilian intelligence personnel policies and systems
-Experience as a Pentagon Staff Officer or Action Officer preferred
-Knowledge of DoD and Air Force structure and organization
-Possession of excellent collaboration, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-PMP Certification preferred


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
