JOB TITLE:

Sales Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Sales Support Engineer will report to Director of Sales Support .This position is responsible for local pre-sale, provisioning, network document management, team collaboration and temporary assignments within assigned territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Work with sales team to identify potential customers and opportunities.
  • Prepare professional, cost-efficient and competitive solutions.
  • Provide support to assigned region in order to help them to achieve their sales goal.
  • Review technical part of sales contract to meet company’s expectations.
  • Provide updated network resource information to sales team.
  • Prepare a variety of reports for sales team and director as needed.
  • Provide professional, cost-efficient and competitive support for each work order.
  • Implement each work order and prevent deadline extensions. 
  • Coordinate local carrier’s resource and provide outside technical support to achieve service delivery.
  • Update related documents within established network database.
  • Handle customer/sales complaint and escalate when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.S. degree or equivalent in EE or Computer Science Studies or related fields.
  • 2+ years of technical or customer support experience.
  • Experience with telecom products and operating systems.
  • Experience with solving network problems.
  • Experience working with escalation procedures.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
  • Cisco network certification is a plus.
  • Familiar with all of the major vendor equipment such as Cisco, Huawei, and ZTE is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
