POSITION SUMMARY: Program Manager, Channels will drive key corporate recruiting initiatives and programs. In addition to spearheading our Campus and Military strategy, the Program Manager will oversee NestlA (C) USAa€ (TM) s Project Opportunity commitments. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: STRATEGIC Develop annual recruiting program strategy that reflects the vision, goals and objectives of NestlA (C) USA a€ cents Set annual hiring goals in partnership with Talent Management, Human Resources and functional leadership for Campus and Military a€ cents Ensure integration of diversity into all programs in collaboration with Workforce Diversity a€ cents Partner with Recruitment Communication team to develop and implement effective campus and veteran/military recruitment marketing campaigns (website, social media, video, events, etc.) a€ cents Ensure the candidate experience is consistent with the employer brand promise a€ cents Develop summer internship programs in partnership with Program Managers and Recruitment Delivery Team OPERATIONAL a€ cents Work closely with Recruiting Delivery team Leadership and Functional Program Managers to provide the strategic direction that enables them to deliver on the commitments. (Campus, Military/Veteran and Project Opportunity) a€ cents Develop and maintain relationships with career centers, professors, student and veteran organizations on identified campusa€ (TM) sa€ cents Develop and maintain relationships with Veteran/Military organizations and Transition center a€ cents Partner with the Recruitment Marketing Manager to develop and digital and in person engagement plans which will be executed by the Recruitment Delivery Team a€ cents Meet recruiting plan numbers for internships, co-ops, trainees and full-time hires a€ cents Meet recruiting plan numbers for Military/Veteran hiring Initiatives Provide updates and report outs via established communication strategy to the Human Resource Partners/ Leadership, Corporate Affairs and Business Leaders REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: a€ cents Bachelor Degree required in business, human resources, or other related field a€ cents At least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or related field a€ cents At least 1 year of strategic project leadership a€ cents Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive change within assigned tasks a€ cents Must be willing to travel 30> a€ cents Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook a€ cents Exceptional customer focus, interpersonal, and teamwork skills a€ cents Strong time management, teamwork, follow through and organizational skills a€ cents Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment handling multiple priorities a€ cents The ability to build strong internal and external relationships a€ cents Ability to interact with all levels of the organization a€ cents Effective communication skills to present to an audience and represent NestlA (C) at internal and external events a€ cents High level of analytical, assessment, and judgment skills .
