Job Purpose:The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the General Manager by helping to drive the sales process in a club. This is accomplished by helping the GM source and assess qualified sales talent, train and upskill the sales talent and executing a flawless sales process.Key Areas of Focus:* Sell memberships according to TSI sales management processes.* Supervise membership consultants in his/her club.* Source and recruit membership consultants as assigned.* Train and develop membership consultants.* Assess membership consultant trainees upon completion of training* Oversee initial membership consultant assessment and first 30 days in role.* Deliver a great experience to all guests who visit the club.RequirementsRequired Skills and Experience:* 4 - 5 years or more of sales experience in a fitness, hospitality or retail environment.* 1-2 years prior corporate account experience leveraging advanced selling skills to cultivate a long term business relationship* Adherence and compliance to protocol and company processes (sales, recruiting, training, coaching)* Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, motivational, and friendly.* Ability to form collaborative partnerships and work closely with General Managers and Business Directors.* Ability to communicate in a clear, succinct and professional manner.* Ability to provide feedback and coaching that is specific and constructive.Able to work a full-time flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekendsPosted by StartWire.
