GVI, Inc., a DoD contractor industry leader, is seeking LOGISTICS BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - The applicant will be responsible for working with Analysts, SMEs, and other stakeholders in order to identify, develop, and integrate solutions to Logistics Transition requirements including the development of internal tracking procedures/tools to produce reports on a case by case basis. The applicant will be responsible for assisting in resolving problems concerning receiving, storing and issuing materials using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and should have experience with Supply Chain Management best practices and supporting warehouse management tools such as SAP, NERP, or similar. The applicant will be responsible for gathering, validating, and presenting the necessary data for all monthly and adhoc reports and should have experience with relational database design, development, and maintenance. Must be able to maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, and ensure conformance to those process. The applicant will be responsible for writing, reviewing, performing edits, maintaining, and ensuring conformance to work procedure documents. The applicant will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining current IT infrastructure as it pertains to the contract and team. BS or BA degree. (2-4 years) Experience with relational database design, development & maintenance or (2-4 years) Experience with Supply Chain Management best practices and supporting warehouse management tools such as SAP, NERP, or similar. Positions located in Upper Marlboro, MD Salary range is $48,000 - $55,000 plus benefits, paid time off and 401K/simple IRA.
