Successful candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance and have the ability to get an SCI clearance with PSD suitability.Responsibilities:Responsibilities for the Electronics Customer Support Analyst will include:* Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.* Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.* May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.* Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.* Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.Qualifications:* Five (5) years experience in installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of computer related systems and auxiliary equipment related to voice networks, LAN and WAN data networks, wireless networks systems to support voice and data services or* Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in DoD Logistics and Sustainment Operations and at three years of that experience in warranty, quality assurance, and quality control of information technology systems.* Associates Degree in a related field* Active Top Secret clearance* Security+ and Network+ required to startNotice:CSRA is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Options:Posted by StartWire.
