We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join the Marketing Team and report to the Director of Marketing. This position is an exciting opportunity to plan and manage digital platforms for the company and its multiple brands. Tasks will include writing original content for the company's websites, email campaigns, newsletters, video scripts, and social media outlets. It will require the application of SEO, lead generation and digital advertising knowledge. Core Responsibilities: * Help generate inbound traffic to websites and social media outlets through SEO and paid advertising. * Analyze data from Google Analytics and recommend strategies for improving sales, user experience, and other key performance indicators. * Implement A/B testing on website and digital platforms and report findings. * Manage the brands on multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant outlets. * Research and identify key online influencers and associated communities. * Monitor social media presence by listening, engaging with audience and responding to users in a timely, authentic and consistent voice that reflects the brands. * Stay current with industry, consumer and social media trends. * Build email marketing campaigns through MailChimp and other programs. * Create white-sheets and internal monthly newsletters in Adobe InDesign. * Help develop and adhere to an editorial calendar to ensure content for the websites and social media platforms is being released on time. * Provide findings and insights to improve campaigns. Suggest future content/ideas based on metrics through weekly and monthly reports to management. * Work directly with franchise owners to assist them with their own online efforts. * Manage public relations and leverage press received Required Experience/Skills: * 2-3 years digital marketing experience * Strong understanding of SEO and SEM * Ability to actively use Google Analytics and other metrics tools * Knowledge of Google AdWords * Strong copywriting and editing skills * Outgoing personality, creative with a drive to learn * Experience in social media marketing in at least Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn * Ability to manage time and meet multiple hard deadlines Preferred skills: * Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Company Description: NaturaLawn of America pioneered the breakthrough into environmentally responsible lawn care in 1987, before "going green" became popular.
