Content Marketing Strategist
What is the role? The Content Marketing Strategist will help to identify and implement new marketing strategies and practices, as well as evaluate and refine existing strategies. You will have a particular focus on digital and data-driven engagements, including the collection, reporting, and distribution of relevant data to stakeholders the company. You will also help oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content for internal and external purposes with a goal of sharing pertinent information in a manner that helps to drive sales, engagement, retention, and other positive behaviors among Network members, end customers, employees, and other key audiences for the company.The individual should be knowledgeable in all things related to branding, content and channel optimization, segmentation and localization, analytics, and meaningful measurement. He/she should be a strategic thinker with excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills (both oral and written). You should possess the experience and qualifications to perform core responsibilities, such as: . Help identify and assess strategic opportunities to increase the value of marketing in alignment with Promontory Interfinancial Network's larger business goals; . Assist with corporate and product branding-related research and initiatives, including market research (eg, banker interviews) and corporate video production; . Help research, evaluate, and propose new marketing initiatives, including new channel and platform opportunities - in particular, those that focus on growing engagement; . Manage the development and distribution of key marketing analytics reports and dashboards; use those reports to evaluate the performance of marketing web pages, programs, and systems; identify areas for improvement; and execute on agreed-upon recommendations; . Manage the non-technical (non-IT) aspects of the company's email marketing platform - responsibilities include leading in the creation and documentation of processes, managing the company's reputation risk, generating and sharing reporting, and proposing and executing improvements based on data; . Manage bank surveys - question development, list generation, distribution, analysis, and writing and reporting of results; . Manage the company's social media accounts and reporting; . Contribute as a marketing stakeholder in the New Products Committee and in the planning of other new programs and processes (such as the selection and implementation of the company's new CRM system), as needed.
