NCI: As the Business Analyst ( Business Systems Analyst II ) for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Combined Federated Battle Laboratories Network (CFBLNet) support services, you will provide services that include CFBLNet network and systems management, operations and maintenance support; security and certification and accreditation (C service desk for US customers; testing; implementation engineering, including support to existing and emergent CFBLNet initiatives; administrative support to the CFBLNet secretariat and other CFBLNet organizational entities; and, CFBLNet status reporting and analytics. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. Highlights of Responsibilities: Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements Provide expertise in change management and training support Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments.
