CLICK "APPLY" NOW FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the sale of products in retail store, kiosk, and event environmentsTravel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote productsMaintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employeesCourteously welcome customers and offer assistanceDirect customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needsAdvise customers by providing information on Samsung products and qualify on products and servicesHelp customers make selections by building customer confidenceContribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as neededResponsible for accurately tracking and reporting all activity to Retail OperationsEnsure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all timesAccurately document and report events, schedules, activities and best practicesSource, schedule, and participate in events by building strong partnerships in your home marketBuild effective professional relationships on behalf of the Company and client at both, retail, and customer levelEffectively assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etcMeet or exceed personal productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly basisHave access to personal laptop or computer for timely reporting of data, post event Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED requiredOne (1) year prior sales, promotion, retail, telecom or marketing experienceDemonstrated knowledge of products and servicesExcellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsImpeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to maintain customer confidentialityAbility to travel 50+%Work retail and occasional weekend hours for event launchesGood driving record Company Description: WHO WE ARE 2020 Companies is one of the premier outsourced sales and marketing agencies in the United States.
