Functional and Technical resources will be required for Application Maintenance and Hosting support for the HIGLAS application. This effort includes developing and maintaining a secure and certified architecture to support e- Government initiatives; minimize the CMS security risk and enhance the protection of privacy and security of data; and improve the CMS' ability to accommodate the growing workload.Requires good understanding of Batch Monitoring Systems. Understands multiple and specific module configurations and integration with major functional areas. Translates customer requirements into a best fit within the application and develops processes and documentation that support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Contributes overall strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding implementation and support. Provides expertise and sought as a resource for resolution of unique or complex support problems. Delivers accountabilities in accordance with approved SDLC processes.Responsibilities:* Perform Batch Scheduling, Monitoring and Reporting.* Ensure smooth running of batch jobs in Production.* Maintain Desk Top Procedures, Batch Processing Checklist and related documents.* Co-ordinate with other teams for setting up the calendars in AUTOSYS for the Federal and Contractors Holidays.* Co-ordinate with Build Managers during the Production Drop, report Issues.* Serves as a top level technical or functional expert supporting one or more clients and unlimited user groups.* Instructs users on use of new features/changes to the application.* Performs highly specialized technical tasks associated with cutting-edge technologies.* Works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.* Follow up with the next level tech to make sure no ticket is left behind without a solution.* Applies expert functional knowledge and experience to significant business projects or processes.* Performs business development activities, including providing technical input to proposal efforts.* Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in area of expertise.* Develops documents and executes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).* Reports problems which might affect total customer operation performance to customer's management and to direct manager.Qualifications:BS or equivalent + 2 yrs related experience, or MS + 0 yrs experienceRequired experience* Oracle Federal Financials FV, GL, AP, AR, PO a€“ atleast 8 years* Knowledge of Oracle SQL / PL-SQL a€“ ability to write queries using TOAD* Knowledge of AUTOSYS, CMOD* Knowledge of HIGLAS is a bonus / preferred* Knowledge of Oracle USSGL AccountingPreferred experience* Experience in a Federal environment* HIGLAS Knowledge / experienceNotice:CSRA is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Options:Posted by StartWire.
